TTD Conditioning Offers A Huge Bang For Your Buck Full Body Conditioning Class. If you are looking to learn new skills, improve body composition, or just become fitter and healthier this is the class for you.
TTD Conditioning uses key functional strength training movements that utilise Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Wall balls, and body weight movements, along with a mixture of cardio machines that includes Air runners, Air bikes, Rowing machines, Concept 2 bikes, and Ski ergs to develop all aspects of your conditioning.
From long, medium, and short intervals or AMRAPS (As many rounds as possible) and rounds for time, our conditioning program is carefully designed to give you results fast.
