Kickstarter Program – Nutrition & In-person Training

Our Kickstarter Program is the product of a tried, tested and refined method for taking control of your health and fitness.

This program consists of a combination of 6 weeks of online nutrition learning and 8 weeks of physical training at The Training Design facilities in Chelmsford, Essex.

  • 6 weeks of habit-based nutrition coaching, consisting of 3 emails per week that step by step introduces you to our tried and tested method for controlling your nutrition for a lifetime.
  • A private WhatsApp group to ask questions, share ideas and be part of the training design community following the Kickstarter Program.
  • Access to the Conditioning classes at The Training Design – Each session is 45 minutes to 1 hour of coach-led class designed to build, tone, and increase fitness levels. These classes are on every day (except Saturday)
  • Access to The Training Design’s open gym facility – open gym runs all hours that we are open.
Please only purchase this program if you’re in proximity of The Training Design gym, you will need to regularly attend throughout the 8 weeks of physical training.
